Personal letter and mission

Dear Neighbors,

I write this letter to you as a way for you to meet me.. your local neighbor, friend, and Realtor.

Living in this area, I find that my love for the DC area grows with all of its abundant resources, nature, fun city and farm activities. It's a joy to be able to share these with you. My newletter is full of activities you can enjoy that are local to all of us.

Knowing the area, having lived in each Maryland, Virginia and DC for several years, it's a pleasure to work for you and help you find the right homes for you and your family.

Smita Lal, VA, DC, and MD Realtor

As a Realtor my goal is to make a difference to you, my client and potential client. Here are some things I do to make my business work for you.

Practice with integrity: My word is my honor and it's the best way I can represent you with grace, skill and integrity.  apply ethics first in working with her buyers and investors, so that they don't feel that she has a conflict of interest?

Listen to you needs: It's your home- so it's important that I hear what works for you- as a buyer and as a seller. If you are thinking about selling or purchasing, you want a Realtor who knows the area, can negotiate and has a community of resources to help you win.

Negotiate and win: Negotiations are not always win-lose, or win-win.. sometimes we find a balance in the middle. But there are times you need to know how to win, stand out and be the agent that can get the job done. Multiple agents have written me thank you notes for the work I did to get the job done. And there are buyers and sellers happy that I pushed for them and having their needs met. My offers stand out, and my goal is to exceed expectations.

"On Time. Best Price. With Ease."

These words are deliberately chosen. It is the motto with which I produce my work.

Life is short. I'd like to play as much as possible. There are many ways to make money. I work hard, but I work smarter. I'm learning to become better at this everyday.

Let me know your thoughts.. are you coachable? Do you look for these attributes in your vendors, friends, resources? I'd love to hear from you.
